We offer Human and Mouse oligonucleotide based arrays printed onto coated glass slides.

Full Array Processing Service

Submit your experimental RNA samples and we perform all the downstream steps on the selected array. After performing a quality assessment on the quantity and quality of the starting RNA(s) material, we label the sample and control with Cy3 and Cy5 fluorescent dyes and hybridize them to the appropriate array. We then scan the slide and generate a TIFF file for each channel that contains a representation of the light signals from the processed microarray. Our bioinformatic team can also analyze the data and give you the expression profiling results.

Microarray Custom Printing Service

Send us your oligonucleotides or PCR products and we will print them onto glass slides. We can help you design arrays that meet your specific research requirements. The Custom printing service provides purification of PCR products, preparation of 384 printing plates, microarray spotting, post-printing processing and quality control of the produced arrays. We can also process the array for you including sample labeling, hybridization, scanning and data analysis.

Scanning

If you have processed your own slides and need only a scanning service, we can scan the slides for you. Our VersArray Chip Reader scans simultaneously Cy3 and Cy5 channels using excitation wavelength of 532 nm and 635nm at a resolution up to 5 microns. The software generates a TIFF file for each channel that can be analyzed using an image processing software package.
